Not sure I understand it all yet. What about what you drink in a day, did I miss where that goes? I drink mostly water, some juice, and of course there are days when I want a glass of wine! Also, I have some medical issues and need to be on a really high fiber diet, but I'd like to learn more ways to make to taste better! Is there a way to check calories before we eat it? lol By the way, are there calories in coffee?
