Today I have weighed myself in and was frustrated to see that I have gained 0.4 pounds since yesterday. I have been really strict with my diet since I started this last week and I don't why this has happened. Do have really resistant fat to lose? Am I just a water gainer? Does anyone have anything they can share with me to get over this hump. It is hard to get motivated when you actually gain weight on a diet!!!
