I stayed within all my diet boundaries (calories,fats,carbs,proteins). I am so motivated and I lost 2 pounds. I also worked out but felt really fatigued to today related female issues. I started a One A Day Active Metabolism Women's vitamin. I am making better choices for myself to provide a better outcome for my overall health.

It's Saturday morning and I am still on tracked. I got up and ate a boiled egg with a pink grapefruit and then I worked out for 30 minutes (2.5 miles) and burned 250 caloroies. It it only 12:00 amd I am ready to go.

My husband invite dme out to dinner last night around 9:00 pm and I did not order any food because I was not hungr, I have never had the courage to turn down food. I felt really good saying no thank you.

I journaled and walked today what a great feeling. I do not feel deprived I can eat anything, but I eat it in moderation.

I am so excited about restarting my weight loss journey. I will always put myself first at all times. My goal is to journal and to stay within the identified food categories and to exercise daily.

I walked today and stayed on my diet tracking plan. I am so very proud of myself. We have to keep going even when we do not feel like it. Nothing taste better than being thin:)

I really love tracking my caloric intake. I really didn'e feel like walking today but I di it inspite of not feeling like it. I will evan try to incorporate a 2nd workout session tonight.
