I am starting to like some of the food suggested by my diet plan. I didn't know how good healthy food could taste. Down 7.5 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Wow!

This is my first week using FitClick and I have lost 6 pounds. The Diet tracker and Workout tool have motivated me to be more conscious of what I eat and how many calories I burn while working out. I have something to guide me and it has been awesome so far. I only hope I can duplicate these results for a sustained period of time. We shall see.

Went to an Ethiopian restaurant and blew my diet. I had been doing good all week. Since i am new at his I have to learn how to handle eating out; particularly at a buffet setting. How can you possible keep track of calories? I will get back on the program tomorrow.

Day 2 went well and my diet is in full effect. I am well within the calorie limits and according to the tool on fit click I should be losing 2 pounds per week. I weigh in on Monday and I'm looking forward to seeing results!

I did ok but my flexibility sucks. What do people recommend to improve flexibilty fast. I am excited about my diet. I have never thought of a diet in my life. It seems doable but maybe it is just beginners euphoria......stay tuned
