Hey Journal...I just wanted to report that I weighed in today at weight watchers and I came in at 269. They recorded that i have now lost 5% of my weight goal but I have lost more than that...that's ok. Their records show 18 pounds. I started two weeks before so my grand total to date is 25.
That is really awesome. I am 10 pounds away now from the 50's and I can hardly wait. I haven't beein the 50's since 2006 so I'll be glad to make it back.

Hey journal...I soon find out if I hit my 5% weight goal and if I hit the 60`s...I will have to lose 4 pounds this week to do that so it may have to wait until next week

Weight watchers let me weigh in early today and I came in at 277. That is 15 pounds so far. I can now go and buy my watch strap and start wearing my watch again... am now 8 pounds away from my next goal...the 60`s are coming. Great Job!!!! Me (Ian)

Sept 17/2010...I guess my walking is becoming a pattern because my beagle puppy now expects a walk at least once a day...so hey, he's helping me become fit. I weigh in Monday...work is extremely busy. Take care. Ian

Hey Journal...I got on my scale today and it says 280.2 and my scale is 2 pounds heavy so I think I am on the verge of hitting my first goal of being in the seventies. I weigh in monday and so wish me luck. I have been walking the dog every night and when I get into the seventies...I think I am going to come in around 277 so I will make it into the seventies in a grand way. Hey...I weighed ina gain at WW and down another 2 1/2 pounds. That is awesome. My first goal of getting out of the 80's is almost here...as I am at 281.5. I wanted to be out of the 80's by the end of September but I might be by September 22. This is aWESOME. I feel so much better and i don't feel like I am going to die anymore which is always a plus...too much weight does put a strain on the heart. Way to go Ian.

Hey..it's a good day...I have had a good breakfast...a piece of ww bread with pb and an orange...2 glasses of water and then for lunch a sandwich on ww bread, granola bar and another orange and more water.
