I havent done anything past a 3.2m fast walk but twice this week I have jogged at a 4.0. First time I said ok the last minute of my 30 will be a jog then the next day I managed to jog for 2.5min. Im so terriably proud of myself. My husband laughed at me when I boasted my 2.5 min jog thinking it's so short a time but Id bet a grand that he couldnt do it unless a damn zombie was chasing him. Down with haters I ROCK!

Morning after Haloween- never a good time for a weigh in but I did it. I lost only .2 lbs from last week but, after doing my measurements I have lost 1% of my body fat which is 2.3lbs of fat so.....I ate like 10-15 funsized chocolates/twizlers and drank a couple of beers Im counting on the lack of weightloss as water weight. I may do a mid week weigh in just to make myself feel better.

Ok I finally did a real workout - how can you tell? My shirt is wet all the way around the collar YEAH ME!

I tried my hardest to keep my calorie count down this weekend (1st weekend watching my diet). I did great saturday- mostly due to being hung over (sorry liver) :). I had gone 350 over calories on bloody mary's friday but all the dancing covered it. Sunday I kept the calories to 2350 which is only 40-50 calories over my BMR so over all pretty good. That was a big change from my 4000 usual. It's strangely comforting to know exactly what Im putting in my body. Toma
