Today's the day! very excited. I worked all last week to make a week's worth of meal plans starting today. (I went away over the weekend and lets face it at the beginning of all these changes I knew I wouldn't be able to stick with it, especially when none of the food options were healthy). All my life I've been overweight, even at my lowest weight. Somehow after battling my way down 40 lbs I managed to gain it all back. Then on top of that I got pregnant and gained 50 more pounds. After having the baby I've only been able to lose 20 pounds, leaving me 30 pounds heavier than i was at the begining of my pregnancy. Now my dr wants me to lose the rest of my baby weight at least and my husband wants to have another baby. All I want is to get healthy and maybe to not feel
