I haven't posted in a little bit, and I guess its
because I was feeling a little down after my workout on Wednesday.

went to the gym excited to see what more I might learn about my fitness

Ok, I might be exaggerating just a little bit...but not much. I think if I had been offered death as a means of getting out of there, I just might have taken it! Ok, I might be exaggerating again...

I was thinking this morning about my exercise/healthy eating goal for today. (Actually, the amount of time I spend thinking about this very subject borderlines on obsessive - however, I've read about the mind/body connection, so maybe its helping!)
