I beenwalking a lot.  It help when I'm in competition with my husband.  I try to do at least 4 miles a day I had steriod facet lumbar injection on the 16th of March.  I haven't really notice decrease in my back  pain. My mood has been ok.  I still having probems sleeping all night.

I've lost 3 libs since I don't have ice cream to binge on at night.Once I start eating the ice cream with syrup I CAN'T  stop.  Walking is going well.  I try to do 3-5 miles in the morning than another 1-2 miles walking the dogs.I feel so blessed because my family has remained healthy.

WOW

I can't believe its been a year,  I have been very active wallking 3 dogs ,  I aveaged 3-5 miles hikes in the mountains even in the snow, Unfortunately I haven't been streching or working on my strength..  Starting today I'll start,  It's a shame because I was doinng toi well unt

It snowed 6' between Friday and Saturday.  I got my workout.

Will 2019 is coming to a close.  I am grateful to Our Lord for the blessings he gave my family and me.  I maintained my weight for the most part.  I gain about 5lbs and people have commented that I looked good because I was to thin at  145.I continued to walk almost daily. Unfortunately my eating did not improve.  I did more bedtime eating than I wanted to. Also I live 50 miles from grocery store so its diffiult to keep fresh fruits/ve

.  Busy year last fall i had to live with my daughter and granddaughter after her ankle surgery.  I was able to lost  weight while there because I was so busy working on the yard and taking her dog for two walks a day.  

I've lost about 25lbs and had been able to keep it off until I started night eating again.

Gee whiz I didn't realize I hadn't posted for a year.  It been rough.  Injury to ankle in april 2017 that I'm barely getting over.

I'll try to be good for a couple of months  about entering data but then either in febuary or march I have to move to albquerque to care for my daughter that will be having knee surgery and can't drive for about 2 months.

Keeping it going

Been busy shoveling snow for the last two weeks but now I don't know what to do.  I've been going for a walk with my pit-Holly.  I'm thinking of putting on my overshoes and snowbib and hiking the hills.  That will be a working out.

I continue to have issues with my back since I fell on the ice November 28th.

Stuggling but going

I just returned from a 32 min walk=up and down hills.  There is not a flat place here since I live in the mountains.  My doggie and me braved the cold.

I binged last night on cheddar cheese popcorn. 

I am going to try to hit 15,000 steps again today as I did yesterday.  What I do is I get on treadmill for 20min then going do some things.
