I have been trying to stay motivated to eat healthy and work out. I recently quit smoking and this had made it hard.  I feel like I am constantly out of breath (more than a 'normal' person would be while working out).  I know that these things take time.. but I am very impatient.  I want results immediately.  This is my downfall.  When I see that there are no immediate results ...
