#1. So, Duh... Don't Drink the Soda

Did you know that a can of soda has about 150 calories and zero nutrients? Many people drink three or more cans of soda a day - that's another 450 calories or more. We recommend drinking water instead of your soda fix, but you can switch to diet soda if you are okay with the artificial sweeteners. This weight loss tip alone can result in almost a pound a week of weight loss.

#2. The Golden Rule of Breakfast - Eat It!

Studies have shown that people who eat breakfast are more likely to lose weight and keep it off. Eating breakfast jump-starts your metabolism and helps prevent binge eating later in the day. If you skip breakfast you are setting yourself up for hunger induced overeating at lunch and dinner, which often results in more total calories for the day.

Once you are in your target will be there for a bit even if you set still burn calories. You should think of your body as an engine... Once it's warm and running, its at normal operating range....when you shut it down it takes some time to cool off. Doesn't matter how hard you push's the time and quality of work that matters. STAY IN THE ZONE!!!
