Okay, so I am 24 and within the "healthy" weight range; however I am at the top of the scale. Most people i work with look at me and think I am crazy to want to lose any weight; however, i am not proud of my body and my energy level is something to be pitied. My goals are simple:
1. lose 15 pounds by May (this will put me smack in the middle of the healthy weight for my height etc..)
2. work out at least three times a week
