Today, the first day of the blog, my menu was this:
Morning
1 cup herbal tea with 1/2 tbsp lactaid milk and pinch of stevia (its strong)
Snack
1/ 4 cup of nutrient packed healthy juice. ( make sure there is no added sugar)
Lunch
1 cup Creamy Veggie Blend
1 egg

I started Rodney Yee's AM yoga for your week Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Very easy, to the point you think it doesn't work, but, honey, lemme tell ya, It works. I can feel every muscle in my body and it feels good. I can feel the extra energy. So I started this HCG diet after totally flushed my body from all food. I had to have a colonoscopy which, in turn, cleans you OUT. I have been on a liquid/creamy blend of foods for about a month. I have severe diverticulosis throughout 2/3 of my colon and have been in life stopping pain. I decided, I have had enough. The doctor told me to lose weight and exercise. Lovely jerk.
