Well Here we go! Its time to make the change! I've decided it's time to get back to my old self! What made me decide to finally take charge? Well after going out with friends over the holidays, I realized I kept sitting a certain way so that people wouldn't notice my lovely bulge that has taken the place of my once-flat stomach.
