So im taking it one day at a time. I think im doing well so far. I find it very helpful to see how many calories I consume. it helps me change what I have been eating. Im doing the exercises. Im a little bit sore from it but if I keep on doing it daily my body will get use to it. Im feeling good about my self. All I need is motivation and words of encouragement!!!

I need some encouragement, most of my friends think im not over weight but I feel like I am due to the fact I use to weigh 130 pounds now I am at 204 pounds and this has occurred after I had my youngest daughter. I have tried before to lose weight by waling more, nothing has helped. My goal weight is to be 150 pounds. i need some supportand encouragement. What should I do??
