Oh my Gosh I am so happy! Today i had a doctor check up and boy was i worried about what my weight would be. I was shooting for 111 lbs after being 116. Fortunately I was 110!!!!I was so happy! All my hard work did pay off. I wake up at 4:30 every day and jog for 24 minutes. I watch what i eat and consume no more then 1400 calories. Then around 4 in the afternoon i do a 25 minute run. I am trying to loose weight slowly and patientley. I read online...

Okay so I have been checking out different kinds of diets and how each and one of them claims is the "right" one to follow. I personally think that they all have some benefits. What I try to do is incorporate them and create my own diet:Whatching calories, carbs, sugar, eating negative calorie foods and exercise. I'm currently working on losing ten pounds and hope that by may my goals are complete.
