I thought I would add a 1/4 mile with a slight incline to my brisk walk this morning. What a difference. It really made it almost difficult to finish the walk. (Only my 3rd walk since starting). Having been in such poor health for so many years. I just kept telling myself, "You can do this girl, just keep pushing it!" I focused on keeping my breathing normal.
