Today is the sixth day of my VLCD and it is going well. I am down 11 pounds as of this morning. I am sticking to my 500 calorie diet while taking my HCG drops. I am doing well with all the planning and preparation for the days ahead. It seems the weight is falling off, but not at three pounds a day anymore. I have slowed down, which is typical at this stage. I feel I am at a set point and may have to bust through this, but we shall see.

Hi all,
Just wanted to do a kick update on my progress on day two. I have lost another 3 lbs!! I feel good, energy high and not too awful hungry.
I am looking forward to some good numbers on this plan. I am not following the orginal protocol. I am combining the MRC diet with the protocol. I am also adding the protein drink twice daily. Yes it is day 2 and I did very well on day 1! Lost 3 pounds and I am feeling good. I have decided to use this protocol as a base for my plan. I will stick to it 90%, but feel like some adds like squash and celery are gonna work. I am also adding some MRC protein drinks that boost my protein and cut my hunger. I am doing the drops, which taste awful...but it is what it is!
