So far so good. I meet with my trainer last week to go over my diet and workout schedule. Very intense! Had me cut a majority of my carbs and increase my protein intake. Moved my workouts to 6 days a week and starting this week, we go to twice a day. Guess it will be worth it when I am ready to head to boot camp and a former shell of my original self.
