I JUST HAD A BABY ON OCTOBER 18TH. SUCH A PRECIOUS AND REWARDING EXPERIENCE. NOW I AM GOING BACK TO WORK AND HAVE DECIDED TO RID ME OF THIS BELLY I STILL HAVE FROM HAVING BEEN PREGNANT. I JUST NEED A LITTLE MORE MOTIVATION TO HELP ME.. AND FRIENDS THAT ARE LOOKING FOR THE SAME SUCCESS. IT CAN BE HARD DIETING AND WORKING OUT IN THE BEGINING WHEN YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT SUPPORT SYSTEM. ITS HARD TO SAY NO IN THE BEGINING TO THE JUICY BURGER YOUR FRIEND OR YOUR MAN...
