Many people believe that any type of yogurt is healthy. Unfortunately, this isn't true. There are number of varieties out there that are filled with excess fat, calories, and sugar. Still, yogurt is a great source of calcium and, when you choose the right type, it can be very good for you.

  • I am not sure how much weight to track during certain dumbell exe rcises. If I am doing dumbell flies of 25lbs in each hand simultaneously for 15 reps should I be listing 25 lbs and 15 reps or 50 lbs and 15 reps, or maybe 25 lbs and 30 reps.

    I'd also like to suggest a seated two handed dumbell tricep exercise. I can't figure how to separate that into exercises you have.
