Weigh In

Well at least I did not gain.  When I started on FitClick on 7/5/2011 I was actually 246.2 lbs.  Didn't know it would let you put in the exactly like that.  So today I weigh in at 244.8 which is 1.4 weight loss.  Not on schedule at all with where I want to be in 50 days.  Got to speed things up this week.  But better news is that since 7/2/2011 I have lost a total of 9.2lbs.

Weekend of July 8th

Not sure if I will get a chance to journal all of my food.  I may go back and do Friday's as I have it written down. 

I went to Yosemite National Park with a freind/co-worker all day Yesterday.  A 15 hour trip total.  We had a BLAST.  OMG it was terrific.  We went hiking up to two falls and walking and just sightseeing around the park.  Woke up totally sore this morning but wish I was still there.

Didn't do any cardio at lunch today.  I was really busy at work and wanted to get stuff out before I left.  I am going hiking at Yosemite National Park tomorrow and that will be an all day outgoing so I will get in several hours of walking.

Did pretty good today until I got home.  Worked out during lunch.  Came home and took a nap.  Hubby decides at 7pm he wanted to go out to eat.  First I was just going to get a seafood salad, but the surf and turf sounded better.  You think you are doing good until you log that mess in and everything adds up.  I gave my mashed potatoes to him and only ate 1/2 of the steak.  I didn't use to much butte

Okay, I am really dragging today.  I have just a few minutes left at work.  I didn't finish all my yougurt from lunch because I just wasn't feeling it.  The vegetables I brought weren't that good (think they were going bad) so I threw them away.  I am pretty damn hungry right now.  Watch out Subway cause here I come.  I haven't got much sleep last few nights.  So that is also leading to how tired I a...

I was going to attempt to do 1/2 of the 6.6 mile walk that I did yesterday.  However, when I got home at 4:30 it was still 97 degrees outside.  Plus I am still sore from the 7 mile (total miles with time I had to take to backtrack) yesterday.  But I did do the 30 minute, Level 8 Interval training routine on the Preceor AMT (listed it under eliptical as I didn'thave time to search to see if this site has that ...

Sue and I start our official journey to a better way of eating, exercising and overall staying healthty.  Even though we didn't official start until today, I was pretty much trying to be good over the 4th of July weekend.  When I went to the diet Clinic on Saturday, July 2nd I weighed in at my house (naked) at 254.0 lbs.  On there scale with clothes I weighed in at 255.2 lbs.  I am happy to say that this morning my scale read 246.2.  Oh yeah, just the boost I was hoping ...
