Week 2 was much better! Even though I didn't weigh myself or measure myself, I feel a difference in my digestive system and how I am naturally throughout the day. My sleep has become much better and I have given up many bad foods such as:

fried foods
-
fast food
-
candy
-
soda
-
vegetable oil

Week 1 wasn't so bad. I had lots of calcium enriched foods, but not enough water. I weighted myself and it really hit me hard. I was once 170 pounds and I am now 212. I guess the time I spent on my butt after my ankle surgery finally caught up to me.
