Well, the financial fast went really well (saved a lot of money) but once Thanksgiving got here I didn't do to well with keeping track of what I ate and didn't work out at all!
Really don't want the holidays to be my downfall for yet another year!
Got back on track with the food tracking today and will work out again just as soon as possible!

Things went really well this week, I didn't get to walk as much as I wanted and couldn't make a single Zumba class but work got in the way...have to pay the bills right?

You know the little fun size candy that is invariably left over from giving out Halloween candy? Well, I became good friends with it today, LOL! Only good thing is now it is gone from home and from work, so no more temptation.

I know I have said it before, but I love fall! The air is so crisp and clean and everything smells good. The leaves are beautiful and there is still some warmth during the middle of the day, but of course the mornings and evenings are cool. A friend and I are committed to losing 8 lbs by Thanksgiving and I have only lost 1...........have to work harder to make sure I keep up my end of the bargain.

This week was very good! I stayed on track each day and treated myself to Milk Duds at the movies last night. I read somewhere that is it the least damaging (diet wise) that you can get at the concession stand...well I guess getting nothing would be the least damaging but you know how that goes! LOL Looking forward to another good week. Oh, and lost another pound so am finally over the hump!

Where does the time go? It is already fall and yes another week has gone by.......seems I write less and less. At least I keep track of everything as I should.
All in all a good week, still at the same weight but my clothes all seem to be a little baggy. They don't look bad but you can tell I have lost weight.
Bummed that Zumba class changed to a different time on Saturday's...no more working out early. Have a 4 hour Zumbathon tomorrow so it ...

Had a really good week! Lost 3 pounds and I didn't even do anything drastic....just went back to eating right and went to Zumba twice. Have a two hour class this morning so I might see another pound by Monday?

First day of my renewed focus went well, did not go over the allowance for any items in the diet tracker and went to zumba class. I weighed this morning and had only gained 1 pound so it wasn't as bad as I thought but if I would have keep on it could have been!

I knew it had been sometime since I wrote but didn't think it has been since 09/26? I really have been slacking off! This past week was not good, not sure if it was the weather or because I don't seem to be going anywhere but I didn't exercise at all and didn't really care what I ate. Seems as if I am writing less and less even though I am using the site to track what I should.....am I running out of things to say! Guess I am in a rut since I have been at the same weight for over two weeks now, don't go up even if I am bad at times and don't go down despite walking and zumba!
