Does anyone else find the Workout Tracker to be difficult to work with? How do you import the calories burned into your My Progress area to show the deficit?

I spent a great deal of time using Weight Watchers on-line. Had some success but they don't, in my opinion, teach you about the "make up" of the Points system. FitClick tracks my calories, carbs, fats, and protein and I really learn from this information. With WW I was told that an item was 5 points but was never told why. Wish me continued motivation.

Feel good after Day One. Really like the information this site provides. I am amazed at how misinformed I have been about calories and carbs.

As the title states, I am disgusted with my self and starting again. I'm slowly killing myself and it must stop. I have a daughter getting married in July and don't want to be an embarrassment to my family. I had a daughter married in May '10 and just looked fat - I didn't want to be seen. Wish me motivation. Thanks.
