You can't succeed without starting

Start by doing what's necessary.  Then do what's possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

I'll put the dvd on and at least start excercising.  I'll do as much and I can do today.  If I do this each day - it should be easier and easier until I'm doing enough excercise to make a real difference.

You have to start sometime so I'll make it today.

Are you staring at the steps or stepping up the stairs

Vance must have had some equipment that he kept looking at and not using....  We can buy all of the videos and equipment we can - or cannot afford, however if we don't use it - it's really not a good investment.

We must try to eat better and be better fit to feel better - not because we are not beautiful as we are - but we would feel so much better at a healthier weight.  As such we will feel more beautiful.

Keep it simple

There's so much to read and so many different diets and lets face it how many have we tried.  Now I'm going to do a healthy lifestyle - simple as that.  No extreme rules - just simply this -  I will eat healthier, and part of that is learning what healthier is.
