Well I wanted to start off with a good workout on Monday so I picked CrossFit.com's workout of the day for Saturday Sept 11th 2010. Saturday was a rest day so I missed out on "The Seven" Which is:
7 hand stand pushups
7 Thrusters
7 Knees to Elbows
245lbs deadlift 7 times
7 burpees
7 kettlebell swings
7 pullups
First I started with a warm up of a quick run to the gym, about 100 meters and then 30 pushups then I set up and started.
