In my first week I lost 2 lbs, 33 lbs to go. It was not really hard, it is amazing how actually tracking every morsel you put in your mouth really does show you the quantity and calorie count of your food consumption. A wakeup call for sure. But it does make it easy to plan for special things and see how much you truly are eating in a given day
