So tonight my better half and I sat down and talked about ways to improve our workout schedule (non-existant now) and eating habits (chips and bread, yum!) So I need to get my head out of my but and get this crap together.
I keep saying that, I'm just going to do it, but it has never happened. Not yet.
Let's see what we can do this time.......You know I do like the idea of becoming a certified nutritionist or trainer eventually.......

Just a quick note before i'm off to Z land. I was actually proud of myself tonight. I hit the gym yesturday morning and then tonight at about 10 I decided to get in a bit of cardio, mostly cause I sat on my but all day. It made me feel great!
Oh! Also, my husband, Tom, said that he wants to go to the gym with me in the morning before work! I'm so happy! He dosn't need to loose weight like I do but he is training for marathan coming up very soon!

So a quick post before I pass out, yes once again I am not in bed when I should be.
I came across this site and could not be MORE happy that I did! I think this is a great idea. I have a program silimar to this through my commercial gym but since I am quitting and switching to working out at school it will be a bit easier to keep track of what I am doing and if it works at all. Thanks in advance for any tips or tricks!
