this have been a bad month ,,dad sick ,,haveing to make choice ,,,for him ......end marriage ,,,feeling like crap ,,eat wheat which is cause nigth sweat ,,stomach pain ,,weigth gain ,,,millie call tell me I fat and every thing ,,,I going to not eat after work today

I hd a very stress full time the last couple of week ,,new posting at work ,my dad ,kid signing sept paper,,have gain but haveing lost ,,,,,dad agree to hour his wishes not to keep him alive I ate every thing in sigth ,,,,,I med my self with my drug of choice foodmmmtoday I began again ,,,goal no eatting after 8 no gutton or sugar ,,just veg fruit chicken

ok I need to smart up I at 240 I want to get under 240....ok I eat fruit for breakfast, walk to work and back ,no wheat ,,give up dairly for next 3 week  I going to try to give up junk
need not to eat any thing but fruit after 11 ,,going to start that to nigth ,,,,,,feel really bloated ,,,,,,,but I get it off ..I like to be now 30 by may may be more

junk and hot flashes

got in to junk ate too much , work too much slept very little and I up 3 pd ,,,also nigth sweat .......I think the sugar trigger the hot flashes,,,,,,to day a new started;;will write it all down

I will get it off,,,,got my oufit for christmas need to lose ten pd to get in to it
no sugar
drink my water
get my sleep
ate banna dip in chochate today ,,,trigger hot flash ,,,,,,,I need to get away from sugar
