Well im a mother of three little ones 6,4 & 3. 2 1/2years ago i lost ALL of my baby weight during my divorce. I felt great, looked great and most importantly had energy for my kids. Then I started a job where i sat at a desk all day and the weight came barreling on, 50 lbs later i decided it wasnt going to magically fall off.
