I'm 36 and not happy with my weight gain. I was able to maintain a weight of 125 for almost a year. I stopped working out and watching what I was eating and ballooned to 140 in 5 months, it took 2yrs to reach 125 and took 5 months to gain it back. I gave all my "fat" clothes away and now I'm squeezing into clothes that just don't fit and I refuse to buy new clothes in a bigger size. I hired a trainer and have set a goal lets see what happens.
