So I did this Billy Blanks, Tae Bo, Total Body Fat Blaster dvd workout, and it was killer. Normally the dvd workouts don't really do it for me, but this was super difficult and the bands added a resistance element making it both a cardio workout and a weight resistence workout. Although it totally kicked my butt, I really enjoyed it, because it had a lot of kickboxing and the instructor was super motivating, even though he wasn't there is person. Hey Everyone,
My name is Bethany, I just recently gave birth to a beautiful baby boy on August 7,2009. He was the best thing that has ever happened to me, but not exactly the best thing that has happened to my body. I gained a tremendous amount of weight with the pregnancy, starting out at 140 lbs, I was 186 at the end of my pregnancy. I have lost a lot of the weight through diet and exercise (I currently weigh a 150lbs) but I am having trouble losing the last of the weight! ...
