Lap Band

I actually did the lap band surgery in July of 08 and it's not easy. If you don't stick strictly to it you'll easily gain the weight back. I've lost 32 lbs only and honestly if I could go back I wouldn't do it. I know it's worked for many but you get to certain points where you stay stuck at a certain weight. Well maybe I'm just impatient. My last visit at the dr's I actually gained a couple of pounds back. It was after Thanksgiving and I should have known better but it's so easy to gain the weight back. The first weeks are the hardest but worth it when you go for your follow-up with doctor. Feel free to ask me anything about it.
