The start of my journy..

I have no choice but to start doing something, I am disabled due to back problems but I have to find a way to fight the pain because I am so far out of shape that it is life threatning. I take Mophine for the pain and my Doctor has me at 160mg three times a day. I also take a number of other medications for things like blood thinners, colestoral, high blood preasure and I think that is it besides I am a smoker, it sounds like I want to die huh...LOL.
Hopefully this is the start of a new l...
