Finally after being out of control for about 6 months due to great family stress. Life is finally starting to get back to normal and I am back to tracking my calories, food and exercise. Already lost 2 lbs since I got back in control. Now all I have to do is keep my stress level low, record my foods and try to exercise more each day to get the pounds off. Current goal 25 lbs.

I have been on this journey 7 days and i have lost 5 1/2 pounds so far. I am writing everything I eat. I am not hungry at all. I have had no problem omitting sweets. I don't buy them any more and so they are not in the house. Only fruits as treats or snacks. I am taking 1 2/3 tsp of safflower oil every morning and it really seems to be helping melt off the fat. I started this journey on January 1st. This is my third day. So far I have lost 3 lbs. My goal is to loose quickly but at a healthy rate so I can keep it off. I have cleaned out all my cupboards and frig so that nothing is in the house to defeat me. I am logging in workouts and meals regularly. It has become like an addiction to get everything down and keep real good track of what I am doing. Talk to you tomorrow.
