I was not able to do the whole thing and it was so hard. I will have to do the pilates part later. I guess I should start slowly.

First workout today. Doing some cardio and pilates. Never done pilates before, but hoping it will help. I feel so weak and unable to move sometimes.

Day one. . .stepped on the scale this morning and just about sat down and cried. 195 pounds. How did I get here again???
Went and got some workout videos and supplies and some groceries. Here I go again. This is going to be tough, but I'll make it.
I quit smoking on the 1st of the new year and today, on the 5th of January I begin the journey to better health and fitness.
Dear Lord, please give me the strength to do this.
