How does this work?

The grocery list, as far as I can tell, is just a suggestion of healthy foods to buy. I personally just track what I eat as I eat it. But if you want you can make a meal plan. *shrugs* As for working out, start slow. For example, when I started using the treadmill I tried to just run for the suggested 45 min. and was really upset when I could only do it for 3 min. Now I've learned how to work up to that and I'm enjoying myself (I'm alternating between running and walking for 20 min). *hugs* You can do this! It's no impossible and after you've done it for a while you may find that you're enjoying yourself and the foods you eat. :)
