so i think me and my friend might join our local gym.  Even though we have a great place to workout at here at the station we are kinda interested in the classes the gym has to offer.  I am excited to get back into things and get rid of this final 20 lbs!  On a side note i did cheat a little on my diet on Valentines day(but come on its vday!) i had a pretzel at the movies,i had a sweet alcoholic drink at outback,and a baked potatoes.  Howe...

So its been a couple days and even though I'm not gaining weight, I'm also not seeing my weight number go down.  So its time to put it into high gear.  I was starting to get into running however the last 3 days have been crazy windy out and raining so I haven't been able to do much outside.  However i am excited i bought a child carrier for my bike so as soon as that come in the mail me and Dakota will be going on bike rides as often as poss

So today i made the yummiest shake ever.  I used the Atkins choc shake, plus i put in two tablespoons of peanut butter (only 7 carbs!) and then i used a little bit of banana extract put it all in the blender with some ice, and man O man i didn't feel like i was on a diet at all but eating a yummy treat from dq.  I am down another lb today so as long as i keep seeing a

whoop whoop go me, I can officially say i am out of the two hundreds forever!!! I have met my first mini goal of getting under two hundred in feb...and i even did it before the 3rd.  I have started getting used to this crazy thing called running.  I wasn't as tired today when i went running/walking .  And i have decided to start taking our dog,McGee for a safety

So with 20lbs down  and at least another 20lbs. to go (if not more) I am feeling good. Shedding Baby Weight

After just having my second baby - its time to kick it into high gear and get rid of all this extra weight.  With my work-out buddy and a lot of people at work eating healthy I want to lose a total of 40 lbs.  I would love to lose at least 40 lbs. by April 30th ( 5 year wedding ann. )  So I can go out with Colt and enjoy the new me =)
