I weighed myself this morning and I was up half a pound.  I now weigh 130lbs total.  I have 5lbs to loose and I would like to do it by May 1, 2010.  That gives me 1 month.  I have high hopes for myself in achieving this goal.  It is a new month, spring is begining, and I feel confident in myself!  So I am heading into spring with a smile and new attitude.

Back to Reality

My vacation is over and it has been a struggle to get back into work mode.  I just want to sit at a pool in the sun still!!  One week was not long enough.  Anyways it was a ton of fun and I did really well.  I got my monthly friend as soon as I got home so I've decided not to weigh myself this week but just start that again next week; however I am sticking with my diet and exercise program.  I hope everyone is doing good and getting ready for the warm weather that will b...

Spring Break

My goal was to be under 130lbs for spring break and I did it!  I am 129lbs right now and so happy about it.  I was packing for spring break and found a pair of shorts that I wore ages ago and have not fit in for years.  Why I kept them I do not know but I'm thrilled I did because they fit and are so cute!  I finally feel like I'm smaller by fitting into those shorts.

So as for spring break I just don't want to gain weight.  I don't care about loosing weigh...

Great Week!

This past week I lost 2.5lbs!  I'm exactly 130lbs now. I want to be under 130 for my vacation next week and I know I can do it.  I just have to loose a fraction of a pound to achieve that goal in a week.  I'm going to California for my spring break and I'm actually excited about wearing a bathing suit.  That is a NEW emotion for me.  I've never wanted to put a bathing suit on in my life.  Well here is to one more week in the cold of New England before I'm celeb...

No Change

So I am a little disappointed in myself this week.  I have not lost anything but I didn't gain anything either.  I am still 132.5 lbs.  I'm trying to give myself a break because I had my period this past week.  Today is hopefully the last day!  I now have 2 weeks to loose 3lbs.  But I won't have my period at all so it shouldn't be too bad.  On average I usually loose 1.5lbs a week so that is my goal for each of the next 2 weeks.  I want to go on vacation w...

Great Week

So this past week was a tough one for me.  I fell off the wagon just a little and ended up gaining 1/2 a pound back!  On the other hand it was a good kick in the butt to get me back on track 100% and realize I should say NO to chinese and super bowl food but it was just too good!  I'm not too concerned because I am just more focused now that I had a minor set back and I know this next week is going to be a good one because of this set back.  Everytime I want to cheat I just t...

Weigh-In 3

Today was the end of my 3rd week!  I am down to 133.5lbs!  And really excited about it.  I have 8.5lbs left to go and am such shock that I am into single digits now.  It is shocking and I feel like I need somebody to pinch me and wake me up from this dream.  It is such a good dream though so I wouldn't mind staying asleep.

Weigh-In 2

I have decided to weigh myself every Thursday morning.  If I go too long without getting on the scale I'm afraid that I will lose my motivation.  Once a week seems like a good plan to me.  Today I was 135.0.  Over the past week I have only lost 0.4lbs but I also moved back into school skipped the gym a few too many times & had minor trouble eating well while adjusting to school.  This small bump in the road made me really look at my past week and figure out what chan...
