Taking Control.!!!!!

I feel great.! Today i went bowling in the morning and bowled 3 games....Which DOES count as an exersize.LOL After that i came home for a brief moment then headed off to the YMCA. I did five minutes of running on the treadmill then did 25 minutes of brisk walking. I went from there to a machine where you pull yourself up.! MAN IM HEAVY.! LOL. That went ok. my arms were tired though! I did for a whol minute and 30 seconds

Feeling Guilty...NOT!!!

Today i was doing good. (for the most part..lol) I started the day off with a glass of Sunny D and some cantalope.!! Yummmmm. Then i went to church and had oranje juice with a few donuts.!(YEPP. I CHEATED.!! LOL) Right when i came home i had to leave for the bowling alley so i didnt have time to eat a healthy meal and had to eat bowling alley food...NASTY.! Progress throughout the weeks.

I started this fitclick a few weeks ago when my mother introduced it to me and it has helped me out tremendously.!! Since a few weeks ago i have lost 3 pounds. When i lost that weight it made me more excited to continue. Hope to get to the YMCA soon and start working out but so far all i have been doing is going outside and hanging with friends or shoveling snow outside..yes believe it or not..that is en exersize.! ha. I hope that this website will help me
