Weekend is here!

Well, first week is in the books and it had its ups and downs for sure.  I did not cheat on my food intake once and it paid off with me losing 10lbs in 6 days.  I have now completed my first week of working out at the Gym and will also be doing cardio at home on Saturday's and Sunday's.  My goal to lose 100 lbs is still intact and heading in the right direction.  Hope everyone has a great weekend and make great choices!

8 lbs down since last Saturday!

Very excited!  I have really been hitting it hard at the gym and have stuck to my diet tracker goal daily.  Feeling better and not as sore.  I just have to keep this momentum up and I will be doing good.  Heres to week two!  :)

First day at the Gym

Well, I have gotten off to a great start so far!  I did 3.25 miles of incline brisk walking yesterday at home and ended the day around 895 calories which was too low.  I spend around 1 and a half hours at the gym and feel pretty sore right now.  I did a brisk incline walk of 3.82 miles in 65 minutes then worked shoulders, back and arms.  I will probably be pretty sore in the morning but I plan on going to the gym Monday through Thursday and getting treadmi...

Day one is today!

I turned 40 at the end of last year and have decided that I am tired of being tired and sick of having no energy.  I played football in high school and was always active with biking and working out in my 20's.  My 30's were a blur and I did not take good care of my health as I should have.  It all stops today.  I joined a Gym, picked a workout plan and am starting to eat healthy and live a different lifestyle.  My goal is to be 200 lbs and I am currently 6'3" a...
