back to the grind

hello all im motivating myself and hope you are as well this year i hope i can maintain my energy and motivationg throughout 2011.  Last year i had hand surgery which put me in a rut im feeling better have not gone back to the gym yet but am runnning on treadmill at home. i do plan to go back sometime this week to gym ill let you all know how it goes ..keep up the good work all..chat soon

hello all i had hand surgery last week and since then been in a rut..i was motivated for months but now with this hand being in a cast its made it difficult to do much. i have been keeping my calorie intake under 1500 so im loosing weight but cant wait to go back to working out..good luck all on your path to loose weight

hey all i know we are all home because of this snow storm the northeast is having but keep your calorie intake low and you should loose another pound or so without any exercise. if you do have weights and or treadmill at home i know its a lazy kind of day get to it ...i havent worked out yet either but i will later on tonight. good luck all...

hey all hope everything is going well for all of you. I read some blogs and some people are sick and just starting out to get serious.  To be sick and work out sucks but once you are over it start again and belive in yourself that you can achive this! for those just starting out good luck watch what you eat it is soooo important to keep yourself under calories, im almost at my target weight and ive lost a lot of inches around my belly feels great .. well keep up the good work all..

so today is going to be a tough day since the superbowl is tonight but i got a 3mile run in and last night my dinner and drinking wasnt as bad as i thought came u tiny bit over my calorie intake but thats ok! today so far i havent eaten much since i know that i will fill myself later with junk..i will try to stay away from it and i hopoe i succeed  i will let you all know later..enjoy the game everyone and WATCH WHAT YOU EAT.. stay positive...

so i woke up thinking gym and it was 8am so i went got a great work out in ran for half an hour and did a circuit which hits all body parts at least 2 to 3 sets of 10 and i feel great...I am a little worried about tonight going out to eat dinner way under calorie intake as of now but when you eat and drink calories go through the roof so i will try to control the yager bombs..lol have a great day and work out if you havent allready done so.. DO IT....

ran this morning and didnt eat until lunch not good but i know ill be under calories today..lol. i plan to run again tonight and i hope to do some push ups and a little more cardio. (jumping jacks and high stepping) any who keep up the good work people...loose weight feel great!!!!!!!!

soooooo far so good

today is monday not running or going to gym way under calorie intake so i should loose something right..lol since i started with diet and exercise i fell a million percent better! It feels like i lost some inches which is great i need to work on more muscle which is going to b difficult since i will be having surgery on the 11 of feb. wish me luck i hope that i still have the motivation to at least walk on the treadmill while i heal..

today was one of those days that i think we all have didnt want to do a thing because of the sticking weather. I sat in traffic for about an hour and was pissed off and almost didnt feel like going to the  gym but then i thought just go you have weight to loose and muscle to gain, so i did.. had a great workout glad i went.. keep up the good work people we are on this site to prove something to ourselves and that is we can transform our body to be what we want it to be..good luck keep worki...

sooooo far so good

so today i finally went back to the gym and i loved it. I did my usual cardio for 30min and did a circuit which gets all my body parts sore and i will continue this circuit for about 2weeks then i will start to isolate the muscles. Later on tonight i will get back on my treadmill and run again for 30min or who knows?  I just need to make this a part of my daily routine and i know i will see results.. keep up the good work all of you..
