My first day was a little hard, since I have to watch wat i eat...but even thought i ate good i stayed within my calorie count limit....It's increible how u can eat and feel full, but you are in a diet.. well this is day #2 planning my food for the day, i will start with oatmeal for breakfast. feeling motivated...

WOW!! this site is great!! luv it! I've being searching for a site to help me loose weight and also motivate me to do so... I don't have to buy special foods for my diet, just input wat i eat and it will track my calories count,,, today i will star a 1250 cal diet...wuuujuuuu! hope to loose 25lb... still trying to do some ejercise which i hate to do...
