I want to change my eating habits but I will not be able to exercise for at least 4 more weeks due to a very bad ankle spring. Will I still be able to loose weight? I am a typeII diabetic and have lots of other health problems, but I believe with a diet change most can be corrected. Any info given will be happily accepted.
