The weight finally crept back on and now it's time to do something about it. So I did what I'm good at, went shopping online. After reading lots of reviews I purchesed 3 Jillian Michael DVD's (banish fat boost metabolism, no more trouble zones, and 30 day shred) I also got her "making the cut" book, which already seems way too advanced for where I'm at now.
