First day went great with eating.  I had made my plan but did not stick to it 100%, however I was able to make sure that I stayed in my limits.  That was great.  I went thru and planned for tomorrow - lunchtime is the hardest - I hate packing a lunch!!  Exercise did not go as well...I was supposed to run outside, which I was prepared to do except that I had both of my kids and it was really cold outside.  My daughter is sick with a sinus infection so she r...

Okay, I feel like I have tried everything - even though I know that I haven't.  I am hoping that maybe I'll be able to motivate myself to be healthier.  Here's my long term goals - I really want to be healthier for my kids, I want to be a runner (I've always wanted to do this for some reason), I want to lose about 30 plus pounds, I want to look better for my husband, and I want to be a positve role model for my
