I literally have tried everything to lose weight. Finally, I realized that I need to do it my way, not someone else's and maybe I'll get the results I'm aiming for. My lowest weight was when I was 18 years old, and I weighed 160 lbs. Ideally I would like to get back to that weight someday, but I know that It will take a lot of work and patience, because I would technically have to lose half of myself to become that again.
