Whoops! I did absolutely awful this evening--I was the epitome of an emotional eater! At least I worked out, though, and tomorrow is a new day! Try again!

Two days in a row! Congratulations! I worked out for the second day in row and I feel good about myself! I sleep really well at night and, overall, I'm staying positive and strong--I want to keep it up and prove to myself that I can stick to a work out schedule. 427 calories burned on the treadmill 283 calories burned on the elliptical ***710 calories burned in total*** Keep up the good work!

I bit the bullet and I finally worked out, and it felt good! I was really proud of myself and I know it's something I'm going to keep up. I did the elliptical for 1/2 hour and burned 380 calories and then I walked for 45 minutes and burned 310...690 calories in total! Good job! However, I wish the workout tracker kept track of the calories burned...Oh well, I just gotta keep on taking care of myself and trying my hardest!

I did better today--I was much more conscious of what I was eating and how much, yet I still managed to go over on my calorie intake. When it comes to my favorite foods, I don't know when to say "no." Little by little, I will get the hang of it, though. I think it is good that I am taking the time each day to track what I am eating and reflect upon it. I'm definitely heading in the right direction and that is something to be very proud of!

Today I bit the bullet and began my new diet. It started out really well and I was sticking to more frequent small meals, however I still ended up going over all of my limits. I know it's not the end of the world and I am definitely proud of myself for trying, I just wish I tried harder. Oh well, I guess that is what tomorrow is for! Good luck!
