Woo-hoo. I have gotten through the first five days of a balanced diet without dieing! The big test is gonna be this weekend when I go out of town to see my hubby... I just have to remind myself if we go out to eat that I can't have the fried, fatty, cheesy foods that I love... I will have to have have some strong will power. But i am proud of myself for getting this far again. Next goal.... exercise! I gotta start walking again.

Day two

Today was a good day. I have been sticking to my calories and drinking more water. However, I haven't been walking on the treadmill like I should be. I got a little hungry late last night, so I know I will have to get used to eating less. I have to keep reminding myself that I need to get healthy if I want to have a baby. That's it for today. Hope tomorrow I can get my ass up and exercise too...

Day One.....again

So today is day one....again... I am determined to get back on track and start eating healthy again. I am setting a goal of losing two pounds per week, for 10 weeks, hopefully more the first few weeks due to water weight. My goal is to get back down to a size 10. If, no not if, when I hit my goal, I will create a new one to achieve. Today was a good day (so far) on the food. Day Fourty-One

I am well into my 6th week on FitClick and so far I have lost a total of 10 lbs! I know it's no great feat, but for me that is a great start! I still have a long way to go, but at least I haven't resorted back to my old ways of wating whatever I want and never working out. I do have days where I do nothing at all as far as exercise goes, but there are much more days of working out than not. I just had a root-canal done, so I haven't really had much to eat the past few days, not much of an appeti...

Day Thirty-Five

I can't believe that it has been 35 days already. This weekend was bad for me. My husband and I went to visit with family and ate a lot of junk food. We didn't exercise at all and we had greasy fatty food. I paid for it on Monday though. My body was used to healthier, non-greasy, good-for-you food and when I ate all that junk, my body didn't agree. I was sick all day Monday and definately learned my lesson. Just because you go out of town doesn't mean it's ok to eat a lot of junk. I will try to ...

Day Twenty-Eight

Almost a month has gone by and I am still staying on track with my calorie intake. My exercising needs to improve though. I have convinced my husband to start working out with me at least 3-4 times a week and eating healthier. We'll see how long he lasts withour Doritos and sour cream...haha. I just got some of those Sketchers Shape-Ups so maybe that will increase my calories burned while walking. One of my best friends is getting married in a month and I want to be down at least one dress size ...

Day Twenty-Four

I am still in the game. I am down 7 lbs in three and a half weeks. Right now I am averaging two lbs per week of weight loss, which for me is fantastic. I do wish it was more, but I am content with my progress so far. I haven't felt well the last couple days so I haven't worked-out. I gotta get back on it today though. I haven't noticed a change in my body yet, but at least the scale is going down...

Just completed a pilates workout. I really didn't want to do anything today, but I made myself get up and just do it, and it made me feel so much better. I have lost another pound...woohoo. The weight may be coming off slowly, but it is coming off and that gives me motivation to continue eating healthy. Day Fifteen

Two weeks down, many more to go. I have been doing pretty good staying on track with food. I want to push my workouts a little more, which will happen once my mother leaves tomorrow... She came down for a few days, but has been encouraging and actually went walking with me each day so i stayed on track. I am down a few pounds, and hope I can continue to lose the weight and keep myself on track.

Day Eleven

Yesterday was not a great day on my diet. My husband had the weekend off and we were out all day and therefore I indulged in too much fatty foods. Today I am back on track though. I can't let one day off the wagon keep me from getting back on. So far I have been doing ok with food and light exercise, but I have not lost any weight....a little discouraging... So starting tomorrow I am gonna amp it up and try a little harder to get some results. I am trying to stay positive, which for me, is a bit...
